Welcome to the Research Triangle Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors
The Research Triangle Chapter of NACD was founded in March 1998 with the vision of serving the local community as a source of educational programs and guidance for improving the performance and governance knowledge of local boards of directors.
Our mission is to enhance director effectiveness by providing a forum in which educational content converges with peer interaction. We encourage professional excellence and self-improvement in the boardroom. Members share a commitment to conscientious governance and a quest for excellence in the organizations they serve.
